Good News!

The good news is that you can learn to be a good manager. In fact, if you start a business which requires administration and you don’t really have the skills to administrate, you can hire someone who can show you and teach you or who can handle the administration. This solution also goes for sales, marketing, personnel and other functions. These can be in your business plan and shows that you recognize your own weaknesses. That is the sign of a good manager.
