Salaries
and associated expenses will be the largest expenses
your company will encounter. These salaries are based upon the skill
set necessary (see Personnel) for you to provide your products or
services. If you are a store owner, clerical employees will usually demand
the minimum wage. Skilled carpenters and electricians will cost more per
hour because you expect a skilled job done. Your business depends

As a business manager it is your job to seek out the
proper mix of internal functions and those you will
outsource to other companies or professionals whose business is
encompasses that profession (accountant, lawyer,
market developer) . Keep in mind that your profit, personal profit,
is dependent upon your skill in managing your pricing and your business
expenses.
