Bob
Sivori, Generalist
and Business Advisor
I enjoy business chaos, especially
problematic issues that require business and procedural changes, financial
analyses and / or process changes.
I am a “Generalist”, an experienced
business manager, who has performed well in various business functions,
in Corporate America and in Small Businesses. I am a “hands-on”
person and I excel at
analyzing the underlying causes of business problems, at understanding the various
business sub-functions and at fixing your issues.
I have instructed business start-up
and management courses at Small Business Development Centers (SBDC), have provided
business counseling and direction to aspiring business owners and have participated
in University Business Forums and on radio & cable TV programs
