How do I know you can help?

 You don’t.  But if you call me and ask your questions, we’ll  know from our conversation whether or not we can work together.

 Why do I have to have a Business Plan?

 If you were traveling to a place you’ve never been to before, wouldn’t you need a map? The Business Plan is your map.

 Do I need help to start a business?

 Actually, starting a business is as easy as getting a customer and supplying a product or service. You can do the work yourself with a little help.

 Do I have to incorporate?

 Not necessarily. If you are providing certain types of products or services, you can operate as a Sole Proprietor

 Do I need a Federal Tax ID Number?

 No. Not unless you intend to employ people.

 Can I work from my home?

 Unless your city or town prohibits the use of your home,  yes. If your business involves vehicles and large equipment, you should check with your City’s Zoning Officer.

 Do I need liability insurance?

 Depending upon the type of product or service you are selling, you should carry insurance. Check with an insurance agent but beware, you are asking someone who sells coverage.

 Do I need an Attorney?

Normally, you can find enough information concerning your business idea. You can even incorporate your own business without an Attorney. However, if you still feel insecure call me and I’ll recommend for or against using an Attorney.  

Are you expensive?

Remember, you should always hire to your weaknesses. If I can help you on a temporary basis, on some issue that you don't know how to solve, how much time and money have you saved by hiring me? Besides, you can donate half of my fee to your favorite charity.
